Remittance Rate Checker is a free, independent comparison tool that aggregates exchange rates from major money transfer providers serving Bangladesh. We help users find the best available rate by comparing real-time payouts from Western Union, Wise, Remitly, Xoom, WorldRemit, and other regulated providers.

How It Works
We collect publicly available exchange rate information from provider websites and present them in an easy-to-compare format. Rates are refreshed every 12 hours to keep data reasonably current. The rates displayed show the estimated BDT amount your recipient would receive for sending 1 unit of the source currency.
Independence & Transparency
Remittance Rate Checker is an independent, privately operated service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of the remittance providers listed on our site. We do not receive compensation for featuring or ranking specific providers. Our rankings are based purely on the exchange rate offered.
Data Methodology
Rate data is collected from publicly accessible pages on provider websites. We display the "live" or "today's" rate as quoted by each provider. These rates may differ from the final rate you receive due to:
- Transfer fees deducted from the sent amount
- Exchange rate margins (the difference between mid-market and retail rates)
- Fluctuations between the time of collection and your transfer
- Special offers or promotional rates that may not be reflected
Always verify the final rate and total fees on the provider's website before completing a transfer.
Supported Currencies
We currently support remittance rate comparisons for: USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, AED, MYR, and NZD — all converting to BDT (Bangladesh Taka).
